OUR HOTEL ILUNION SANCTI PETRI IN SOLIDARITY WITH CÁDIZ

At ILUNION Hotels people are our priority. That is why our hotels are showing their most supportive side and doing their best to help the most vulnerable in our society in the face of COVID-19. Solidarity is fundamental during these times, only in this way will we create a better future for all.

Hotel ILUNION Santi Petri, our hotel based on La Barrosa beach in Chiclana (Cádiz), has wanted to work with the Town Council of Jerez de la Frontera and has donated 100 kg of food for vulnerable families with children at risk of exclusion who, having missed out on school, need extra help with their support. The town council has set up a sports hall to provide accommodation for homeless people in the town, to whom this aid is also intended.

Our colleagues have also wanted to do their bit for the city of Chiclana, by helping our elderly. Hotel ILUNION Sancti Petri is donating a large amount of food to the Gerasa Association, a centre for the terminally ill elderly. It has also donated necessary materials such as shower gels, shampoos, bathing caps and gloves to the REIFS Association, a home for the elderly, and a van full of food to Hogar de Nazaret, which is supporting the homeless.

On the other hand, our colleagues from the Hotel ILUNION Calas de Conil, located in Conil de la Frontera, have donated 1,800 kg of food to the food bank managed by Caritas Conil, Caritas Colorado and Red Cross Conil. Likewise, part of this food has been donated to Hogar Gerasa, in Chiclana de la Frontera, to shelters and services for people with HIV.
