Beatriz Miguel Díez has assumed the position of Business Director of ILUNION Hotels, a role that integrates the Operations Department, a function and area she led for the past six years, and which now includes the Sales Department and the Business Intelligence division.

This move has the support and full confidence of ILUNION Hotels’ management, which is fully convinced that it is necessary to prioritize and promote the company’s own talent through internal promotions.

Beatriz began her journey at ILUNION Hotels in 2005, initially joining the reception team. She later became hotel director and led the launch of the company’s first 4-star Special Employment Centre hotel. In 2018, she was appointed Director of Operations.

She holds a Diploma in Tourism from the University of Valladolid and has completed several executive education programmes, including the PDG at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) and the PMD at ESADE Business School.
