What makes us different?

ILUNION Hotels is more than just a hotel chain — it is a purpose, a commitment to society and the planet.

We began our journey in 1988 under the name Confortel, and in 2014 we became ILUNION Hotels. Today, we manage 30 hotels located across 14 urban and holiday destinations throughout Spain.

From the very beginning, ILUNION Hotels has championed the integration of people with disabilities — a commitment most visible in our Special Employment Centres, where over 70% of employees have some form of disability. But our commitment goes further: we embrace inclusion for people of different cultures, generations, gender identities, and those in vulnerable situations — in other words, we celebrate DIVERSITY. We love diversity!

We love diversity!

We see it as a core value that enriches everything we do and brings a unique, collective perspective to all our initiatives.

That’s why, every day, we strive to drive change — to build a more inclusive, more sustainable, and more human world.

But this transformation is only possible with the commitment of every member of ILUNION Hotels — and also yours, as you read this — to help us create a better world, one where Everyone is Included.

In this short video, you’ll get a glimpse of what our hotels look like inside and out. But if you really want to understand our true essence — our soul — follow everything we do and discover a more inclusive, caring world… a better world!
