Ten years of ILUNION: A decade of changing the value of people


ILUNION celebrates its 10th Anniversary by demonstrating how economic and social profitability are compatible. Along this journey, the company has succeeded in turning profits into a tool to multiply human value, dedicating 100% of what is generated to continued growth. This commitment is reflected in its figures: more than 45,000 employees, 40% of whom are people with disabilities or in vulnerable situations.

Because value transcends the monetary. For the company, the most valuable asset is people, and in that sense, every service they offer has a real impact on society. Our group is clear that talent has no limits and knows no prejudice, which is why it brings together the best professionals regardless of their circumstances, achieving extraordinary results.

“Changing the way we see value”


As part of this anniversary, ILUNION has launched a campaign under the slogan “Changing the way we see value.” This initiative seeks to revolutionize the perception of value through a collection of 10 coins, minted by the National Mint and Stamp Factory, that represent ten of its employees. These coins, which symbolize the group’s most valuable asset—the talent of its people—will be distributed among opinion leaders, companies, and institutions, as well as among the employees themselves.

The campaign, which will be broadcast in media outlets starting September 15, shows the journey of these coins through different ILUNION work centers, from hotels to physical therapy centers. The narrative is guided by a person with a visual disability, who invites us to recognize the true value in others, beyond appearances. In this way, the campaign not only celebrates a decade of success but also promotes a change in mindset in society, inviting it to value talent without barriers. With all this, ILUNION’s objective is to put the person at the center to achieve a better future.
