With Soñadores (Dreamers), our most human audiovisual project, we have demonstrated that inclusion, besides being moving, connects massively with society.
The second season has surpassed all expectations: almost 14 million views and more than 160,000 interactions on social media. A viral phenomenon that drives us to continue building a better world with everyone included.
Verónica’s story: resilience and the present
Among the testimonials this season, Verónica González’s, an expert in Talent Development, stands out particularly. Her story about fibromyalgia and the journey to finding a diagnosis has touched thousands of people: 3.5 million views and 37,000 interactions.
“Projects like this connect, inspire, and give work a purpose beyond the day-to-day. When a company dares to look at the real lives of its people, it becomes more authentic and much stronger”, Verónica states.
Her testimony is an example of strength and a reminder of what is essential: living one day at a time.

Stories that inspire
The season has also left us with other unforgettable stories:
- Lidia Espinosa, service staff, shared her experience with ADHD and achieved 2.3 million views and 40,000 interactions.
- Nerea Goikoetxea, from the Finance area, reminded us that inclusion is not about heroism, but about showing the everyday.
- Juan Carlos Yera, Alexandra Tuñón, Iván Espinosa, Carmen García, and Arif Mirzad gave a voice to diverse realities that often remain invisible.
Towards the third season
Following the success of the first two seasons, the Marketing and Communication area is already preparing for the premiere of the third, scheduled for November. It will be the final flourish for a project that has marked a before and after in the way inclusion is told: from within, with authenticity, and with a reach that has surpassed all expectations.
