Its purpose — Building a better world with everyone included — resonated with the EFQM examiners, who recognized ILUNION Hotels’ strong positioning and approach as a unique and inspiring model for all companies in the sector and their stakeholders.

The EFQM certification experts positively evaluated the hotel company based on its progress across the different assessed areas, as well as the design of its 2022–2025 strategy, which places Sustainability at its core.

This strategic plan identifies five key areas of action, each supported by specific projects and initiatives defined by ILUNION Hotels: Good Governance and Business Excellence, Social Sustainability, Economic Sustainability, Environmental Sustainability, and Innovation and Digital Transformation.

ILUNION Hotels has proven in recent years to be a unique global model, built on strengths such as its strong commitment to integration, diversity, and disability inclusion.
