August 20, 2024
ILUNION Hotels and Fundación Cádiz CF have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at promoting the social and labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and mental illness, reaffirming their commitment to creating a more equitable and accessible work environment.
The agreement signing, held at the Cádiz CF stadium offices, was attended by Javier Bermúdez, director of ILUNION Calas de Conil hotel, and José Mata, manager of Fundación Cádiz CF. During the meeting, both entities expressed their strong willingness to work together to build a world where all people, regardless of their abilities, have equal opportunities for development and participation.
This agreement, effective for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 seasons, focuses on developing awareness campaigns, workshops, and talks that promote inclusive employability. The joint actions aim not only to improve the labor integration of people with disabilities but also to raise societal awareness about the importance of creating inclusive workplaces that value diversity.

Through this collaboration, ILUNION Hotels and Fundación Cádiz CF commit to using their resources and platforms to support the dissemination of these initiatives, reaffirming their commitment to social responsibility and inclusive tourism. The agreement also includes cooperation in training and sustainable development, key elements in ILUNION Hotels’ mission to lead responsible tourism.
“With this agreement, we take another step towards creating a more inclusive world, convinced that diversity is a fundamental value that enriches organizations and society as a whole,” said Javier Bermúdez. “We will continue working to generate opportunities that allow all people to fully develop themselves, inspiring other organizations to follow our lead in adopting responsible practices,” he concluded.
This alliance is part of Fundación Cádiz CF’s IntegraLABS project, an initiative that reflects the club and its foundation’s commitment to creating a more inclusive and accessible environment.
