Introducing “Dreamers” – What Do Our People Dream About?
November 20, 2024
At ILUNION Hotels, we work every day with a clear purpose: to make the world a more inclusive and diverse place. Following the success of our campaign “Where Sleeping is Awakening,” we’ve taken a step further with the launch of a project that goes beyond what we do inside our hotels. This new initiative is called “Soñadores”—Dreamers—and it aims to shine a light on the people who make ILUNION Hotels what it is: their talent, dedication, and passion.
Dreamers is much more than a video series. It’s an open window into the dreams, aspirations, and hopes of those who, through their daily commitment, continue to make ILUNION Hotels a benchmark in the hospitality sector. Presented in short audiovisual capsules, this project invites us to get to know the people behind our brand—those who give their very best in everything they do.

Each month, we will introduce a new dreamer—someone whose story can inspire others. These are stories of resilience, inclusion, and personal growth that remind us that true strength lies in diversity. Our team members will share their experiences and the challenges they’ve overcome in life and at work—offering powerful lessons of hope and encouraging us all to see the world through a more inclusive lens.
With Dreamers, we want to show that being part of ILUNION Hotels means belonging to a community where everyone has the space to dream. This project is meant to inspire—both within and beyond our organization—and to reflect the value of inclusion that defines who we are. We believe every story deserves to be heard, and Soñadores is the perfect platform to bring those stories to light.
If you’re receiving this ILUNION Hotels newsletter, you are also part of this big family—and now a witness to a project that, just like our operations, is meant to create a positive impact on society.
Thank you for being part of our story.
Thank you for dreaming with us.

Keep exploring
