Hello colleagues!

To keep the incredible memories of our amazing leadership event alive, we’ll be sharing photos from those days in small doses. Don’t worry, you’ll all be included. Just be patient. Thank you for always doing your part. We hope you like them and enjoy them.

For this first chapter, here’s a visual summary of what we experienced. Once again, we shared unforgettable moments with our colleagues after an outstanding year for the company. We spent two memorable days at ILUNION Pío XII. After a warm welcome by José Ángel, we had the pleasure of learning from José Luis Barceló, Director of Legal Advisory and Compliance at ILUNION. Day one concluded with talks by Ana López de San Román, Director of Ethics, Sustainability and Alliances at ILUNION, and by Sabina Fluxá (Vice-Chairman & CEO at Iberostar Group) and Gloria Fluxá (Chief Sustainability Officer).

In the afternoon, we enjoyed a musical activity led by Alejandro Abad, composer of well-known songs such as “Mi música es tu voz”. We witnessed firsthand how music can release endorphins—the happiness hormone! Later that evening, we celebrated a charity dinner at our ILUNION Pío XII in support of Turkana.

Day two began with José Ángel Preciados and Alejandro Oñoro outlining the path to excellence by 2027. After these inspiring sessions, we enjoyed the recognition ceremony—the most special moment of all the Christmas Leadership Days. Among the attendees was José Luis Pinto, Second Vice President of Economic Strategy, Gaming and Business Development of the ONCE General Council, who symbolically closed the event.
