Our hotels in the Basque Country hosted this year’s Management Conference

The heads of the various departments of our company and the directors of our 30 hotels gathered at our accommodations in the Basque Country throughout the week. They arrived on Tuesday before lunch and, after recharging their energy, visited the facilities of ILUNION San Mamés.

The next day, they were welcomed by our CEO, José Ángel Preciados, who officially opened the conference titled “2027: Leading Excellence.” One of the most interesting aspects of the conference was the training our directors received on the use of social media, led by Isabel Caligiana, Account Supervisor, and Javier Ruiz, Social Media Director at HAVAS.

ILUNION’s CEO, Alejandro Oñoro, welcomed the attendees on the final full day of the event. The conclusions of the conference were presented and, right after, the group headed to San Sebastián, where they enjoyed lunch and participated in two outdoor activities. Afterwards, they returned to Bilbao and attended a gala cocktail dinner.

Today was a day of farewells. After three days of connection, sharing ideas, group dynamics, and cultural activities, we close this chapter with a clear goal: to lead excellence in 2027.
