Recruiting Day at Esden Business School

Juan José Cestero, HR Director at ILUNION Hotels, accompanied by Mónica Rosa Gómez and Virginia Roncero from the recruitment and training teams of the HR department, delivered a corporate presentation of our hotel chain. They shared with students of the Master’s in Hotel Management at Esden Business School the values, competencies, and expertise our chain looks for in professionals joining the company.

Afterward, a round of one-on-one interviews was held to evaluate candidates’ profiles for potential internship and job opportunities across various departments, both in hotels and central services. This activity is part of the services provided by the business school’s Internship and Career Services department.

Our chain is strongly committed to young talent. We recognize the potential and value brought by this new generation of well-educated young professionals, who are eager to learn and ready to drive innovation in an industry like ours.
