A document outlining the eight key pillars of the company’s Innovation Strategy

ILUNION Hotels has published its “InnovACTION 2022–2023 Report,” the first of its kind in the tourism and hospitality industry. This landmark document summarizes the company’s innovation strategy, as well as its main achievements and projects. The goal of the report is to lead innovation in the tourism sector and inspire stakeholders to join in building a better, more inclusive world.The InnovACTION Report highlights eight key pillars: strategy, culture, methodology & processes, technology, competitive intelligence, communication, structure, and open ecosystem. These elements are essential for cultivating a culture of continuous innovation and addressing both current needs and future trends in the sector.
Through its 2023–2025 Innovation Master Plan, ILUNION Hotels has defined clear action lines to maintain its leadership through innovation, with a strong focus on good governance and social and environmental responsibility.


This report also includes the main innovation projects the company has developed over the past two years, from the implementation of sustainable technologies to the development of personalized guest experiences.
