As part of the prestigious DEC Awards, ILUNION Hotels CEO José Ángel Preciados was recognized as Best Customer Experience Manager.

This recognition highlights ILUNION Hotels’ outstanding work in implementing an innovative strategy focused on offering a transformative and personalized customer experience.

The company follows a unique model based on thorough listening, continuous monitoring, and in‑depth analysis of key indicators at every stage of the customer journey.
