ILUNION Hotels boosts employment in Fuengirola with more than 50 vacancies at its Talent Day

The company moves its talent attraction day to the ILUNION Miramar hotel on June 4th

ILUNION Hotels reinforces its commitment to open employment with a new edition of its Talent Day, a job fair in Málaga that combines real job opportunities with an inclusive selection model.

The event will be held on June 4th at the ILUNION Miramar hotel, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and will offer more than 50 vacancies in areas such as reception, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, and entertainment.

Fuengirola was the first city to host this talent attraction format with a purpose, which today consolidates itself as a benchmark for employment in the tourism sector of the Costa del Sol, as well as a bridge between companies and candidates.

Job offers with in-person interviews

The Talent Day by ILUNION Hotels proposes a different way of attracting talent, betting on in-person job interviews within a closer and more accessible environment.

During the day, attendees will be able to:

• Participate in workshops on employability.
• Learn about real testimonies from professionals.
• Access selection processes on the spot.

Those interested in attending must register in advance through the online form and complete the requested information before the event. Furthermore, thanks to a digital registration system, it will not be necessary to bring a printed resume, which streamlines the experience and allows the focus to remain on the personal value of each candidate.

Inclusive employment and talent with a purpose

In line with the purpose of Grupo Social ONCE, ILUNION Hotels prioritizes employment for people with disabilities and vulnerable groups. However, the event is open to anyone interested in developing their professional career within the company.

Local presence in Málaga employment

The event will feature the participation of Inserta Empleo from Fundación ONCE, along with more than 80 social entities and institutional representatives, as well as the employment departments of the City Councils of Fuengirola and Mijas.

ILUNION Hotels has four establishments in the province —ILUNION Málaga, ILUNION Fuengirola, ILUNION Miramar, and ILUNION Hacienda de Mijas— and all of them will be represented at this conference by their teams from the Social areas, who will actively participate in the selection processes.
