ILUNION Hotels celebrates its first Talent Day in Cádiz
Over 60 vacancies to be filled, ranging from hotel operations to corporate roles

ILUNION Hotels invites everyone to the first edition of its Talent Day in Cádiz on April 23, an employability event focused on creating real opportunities for anyone actively seeking employment.
The event will take place at the ILUNION Sancti Petri hotel in Chiclana de la Frontera, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It will feature an open and participatory format, designed to connect talent with the company’s culture.
Jobs, workshops, and live interviews
Throughout the day, attendees will be able to draw inspiration from real-life experiences, participate in a practical career orientation workshop, and access recruitment processes through direct interviews with the hotel company’s team.
ILUNION Hotels expects to fill between 60 and 70 vacancies in the area for various profiles, particularly in operational roles such as housekeeping and dining room staff. In addition, there is a corporate position for a DEIB Coach at ILUNION Sancti Petri to strengthen its diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy.
This commitment to local employment will expand with the opening of two new properties in the province, which will reinforce the company’s presence in Andalusia and create new job opportunities.
Alliances for true inclusion
This initiative reinforces the purpose of integrating people with disabilities and those in vulnerable situations, a goal championed by both ILUNION Hotels and Grupo Social ONCE. However, the call is not limited to a specific group and opens its doors to everyone.
The event features key collaboration from Fundación ONCE and Inserta Empleo. Furthermore, various organizations are participating, such as the Cádiz Municipal Placement Agency, Diaconía, FEPROAMI, the Asociación Holística La Espiga, the Chiclana City Council Youth Integral Projects, and the Asociación Arrabal AID.
