At ILUNION Hotels, we continue moving forward to a more sustainable and responsible future. This time, we have signed a strategic agreement with Pascual, a leading family-owned company in the food and beverage sector, strengthening our commitment to sustainability in the hospitality industry.

The goal of this alliance is clear: to reduce the environmental impact of hospitality and promote sustainable practices throughout our processes. This agreement reinforces our alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a special focus on SDG 17, which promotes strategic partnerships to achieve global objectives.

This collaboration goes beyond signing an agreement. It is based on the exchange of knowledge and the joint development of best practices in responsible management. At ILUNION Hotels, we will strengthen our commitment to healthy products, local sourcing, and more sustainable packaging—aligning with Pascual’s standards on circular economy and emission reduction.

In addition, we will work together to raise awareness among our teams and guests about the importance of healthy, local, and sustainable food. We will develop informational materials and campaigns to encourage responsible habits, both in our hotels and in our guests’ homes.
