On April 29, starting at 9:00 AM, ILUNION Hotels will host the fourth edition of the Be Inspiring Summit at the ILUNION Pío XII hotel in Madrid—a forum that has established itself as a benchmark space for analyzing the major challenges facing the tourism industry.
Under the motto “The future of tourism is built today,” the event will bring together business leaders, experts, and institutional representatives to debate leadership, innovation, positive impact, technology, and the role of brands in a context of growing social and environmental demands.
The event aligns with ILUNION Hotels’ purpose of driving a more responsible and inclusive tourism model, promoting collaboration as a key lever for advancing the sector’s transformation.
“Today, tourism has the opportunity, and the responsibility, to evolve toward a more conscious, inclusive model that is committed to its impact. The Be Inspiring Summit was created for exactly that: to share knowledge, open conversations, and, above all, connect those who are part of the industry. Because ultimately, if we want to truly move forward, we must go hand in hand and respond together to the social and environmental challenges that lie ahead,” states José Ángel Preciados, CEO of ILUNION Hotels.
A cross-sectional vision of the tourism sector
The 4th Be Inspiring Summit will be structured into six major forums: Ethics and Humanism, Innovation, Biodiversity, Artificial Intelligence, Tourism, and Marketing, which will combine inspiring keynotes with panel discussions.
“We are at a moment where tourism must be rethought from a broader perspective, one that integrates not only competitiveness but also its impact on people and destinations. That requires bringing together diverse voices in spaces like this to understand where we want to evolve toward,” confirmed Beatriz Miguel, Managing Director of ILUNION Hotels.
Throughout the day, topics such as value-based leadership, business collaboration, integrating nature into decision-making, the strategic application of artificial intelligence, and the evolution of brands in the face of new consumer demands will be addressed.
ILUNION Hotels drives the debate on sector transformation
With this new edition, ILUNION Hotels strengthens its role as an active agent in building the future of tourism, creating a space for plural and constructive dialogue to anticipate changes and respond collectively to global challenges.
