Sarai Gascón, a Paralympic swimmer, is a true example of struggle and self-improvement.
She began swimming at CN Terrasa, where coaches saw great potential in her. By the age of nine, she was already competing internationally.
Among her most important medals are the silver in the 100m breaststroke at the Beijing Paralympic Games, silver in the 100m butterfly, and bronze in the 100m freestyle at the London Paralympic Games.
To achieve all these victories, Sarai trains for about five hours a day because, as she says: “If you fight for what you want, nothing can stop you.”
