ILUNION has held its Leadership Conference, a two-day gathering of leaders from different business lines to reflect on the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of the organization as a business project with social impact.
Under the inspiring concept of “The Symphony of the Future,” the conference addressed the major strategic axes guiding the Group’s evolution: people, transformation, excellence, and sustainability. These pillars form the necessary structure to ensure the stability and growth of the project in a constantly changing global environment.

Representing the hotel division, the conference featured José Ángel Preciados, CEO of ILUNION Hotels; Beatriz Miguel, Managing Director; Elena Martín, Director of Sustainability and Excellence; and Juan José Cestero, Director of People.
